    Mexican Life and Portrait Drawing Class explores Life and Portraiture from a Mexican perspective, where Meso American beauty and aesthetics will be investigated. Photos and live models of Indigenous & mestizaje descent, will be examples for students to visually record on paper. Student can also take their own pictures if they wish.

    Maestra Isis Rodriguez is a mestizaje of Puerto Rican and Mexican descent. She has been a Master artist & teacher for over 20 years at Instituto Allende, Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco, where she uses different methods, ranging from Great Masters to modern art school, to help students meet their needs in drawing the portrait and figure.
