Overview

This tour will walk you through the distilling process at Montreal's first micro-distiller (not just mashing) and then bring you through three amazing, different and unique cocktail bars. At one of the bars we will get a little cocktail 101 workshop. We will also see how regulation, the old Red Light District, bootlegging, some of Montreal's notorious historic night clubs, stripteasers, nuns, tiki, and hospitality are all connected to the story of liquor in this city. The tour is guided by a mixologist who can also fill you in on the history of the flourishing mixology scene.
