• Not wheelchair accessible
• Please wear comfortable shoes, preferably with a rubber sole. During hot days it is recommended to wear a sun hat
• Due to increased security measures at the Duomo some lines may form. Additionally, strict rules apply to enter the visit the Rooftop (no knives, no scissors, no glass bottles, etc.)
• The elevator has a maximum capacity of 7 people
• The monumental complex might close the elevator used to descend for security reasons; in this event, the descent will be done by stairs
• Near public transportation
• Infant seats available
• Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
• Temperature checks for travelers upon arrival
• It is required to wear respiratory protection devices (surgical masks and, in the case of events open to the public similar to shows in museums and concert halls, FFP2 masks). It is advised to wear the face mask while inside the venues/ attractions.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
