    With our gastronomic tour in Modena you can immerse yourself in the local gastronomic tradition accompanied by a local expert, a person who lives in the place and who knows all the secrets and curiosities about it, with whom you can discover the restaurants/eateries and the most hidden places, frequented only by locals.

    Here is a list of your possible tastings!

    - Platter of cold cuts and cheeses accompanied by an excellent glass of Lambrusco.
    - Tortellini: in broth or filled with pumpkin, with balsamic vinegar and a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano, they are the first-course par excellence in Modena.
    - Crescentine modenesi: also known as tigelle, are typical Modenese focaccias, made with a mixture of flour, lard, yeast and water. They are typically filled with cold cuts.
