    After a visit of the local market, you will have the opportunity to learn how to make a lamb, beef or chicken tajine with an assortment of local, seasonal and fresh vegetables, as well as all the steps to make the perfect mint tea. You will also taste a variety of seasonal appetizers such as “Taktouka” (grilled pepper salad), “Zaalouk” (Caviar aubergines), spinach etc.

    The class is given by a moroccan mother of two: you will discover the local culture, customs and traditions because the best way to understand and get to know a new culture is through food !
