Itinerary

Stop At: Vesuvius National Park, Via Palazzo del Principe, 80044 Ottaviano Italy

Gather with the group and have lunch in a traditional Italian pizzeria to enjoy pizza and a soft drink (included).

You'll travel through Torre del Greco to Vesuvius National Park then go up the mountain to reach the top of Vesuvius at 3,900 feet (1,200 meters). Make sure you wear comfortable walking shoes! A medium to high level of physical fitness is necessary to complete the ascent.

On reaching the peak, take in the spectacular views of the Bay of Naples that have enchanted visitors since ancient times. Afterwards gaze down into the crater and witness plumes of vapor coming out from its dormant but still active volcano.

Afterwards return back to your bus and drive back to Naples. Your tour ends at its starting point.
