    In this guided movement meditation we flow from one asana, or posture, to another using conscious breath and the body’s wisdom as our guide. With an emphasis on embodied presence and wholeness as wellness, we journey with intention towards unifying all aspects of being, bridging body, mind and the spirit within.

    Energize and Empower, build strength, expand your flexibility and cultivate concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. Suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.

    Classes are scheduled to meet clients needs. I offer Beach Yoga, Pool Yoga, SUP Yoga, and also hold Private Classes upon request.
