You'll be able to find out each phase involved in making pizza, from blending the dough, to rolling it up, and then baking it in an authentic wood-fired oven. Once you're done with your masterpiece, delight in tasting your own handiwork.

What To Expect
Learn how to prepare an authentic Neapolitan pizza, adhering to the philosophy of keeping it simple and only using the finest local ingredients. We will discuss the "ideal" products, knead the dough by hand in order to understand its desired consistency, roll out the dough on a pizzaiolo’s countertop and cover it with tomato sauce, Campana buffalo mozzarella, basil and olive oil. Then comes the most exciting part – cooking in a wood-fired oven! After that everyone can enjoy the fruits of their labour: folded pizzas (a portafoglio). For our last hour together we’ll savour the traditional Neapolitan pizzas created by our instructors in a convivial atmosphere at one big table!
