Overview

The perfect New Orleans Cocktail Tour, our New Orleans’ Classic Drinks Tour immerses one in the unique drinking and cocktail culture of New Orleans dating to the 19th century when Bourbon Street was once home to opera!
The tour visits some of our most historic French Quarter restaurants and bars, and celebrates some of our classic, historic drinks. Learn about the history behind such classics as Absinthe and the Sazerac, declared the official drink of New Orleans by our state legislature. In addition to classic cocktails, we chose to include Abita Beer, brewed locally in the small town Abita Springs north of New Orleans, historically known for its healing springs. Learn also of the Choctaw Indians who knew of the special properties of the water now used in the production of our very own Abita Beer.

The tour includes the following samples:

    - Choice of Abita Beer or Grasshopper
    - Pimm's Cup
    - Sazerac
    - French 75
    - Pommes Souffle with Bernaise Sauce or Gruyeres
