Visit an authentic olive oil mill in the Tuscan countryside near Pistoia, enjoy an olive oil tasting followed by a 3-recipes cooking class.
At the olive oil mill, you will be welcomed by your private Oil sommelier from ANAPOO, the Italian association of the professional tasters of olive oil.
These special sommeliers will be glad to share with you their technique and will reveal you all the secrets and specialties of this unique product.
Together with him you will:
- Learn about the extra virgin olive oil
- Learn the basics of the technique to taste olive oil in order to detect and enjoy its different notes and aromas
- Enjoy an exclusive oil tasting: taste 5 or 6 types of different olive oils to understand the difference of quality and of types.
After the visit, you will head to your Cesarina’s home to enjoy a cooking class where you will learn 3 local recipes. You will then taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by carefully selected local wines.
