Overview

    -Moderate one day hiking trip departure from Nagoya. Direct bus ride to mountain area Kamikochi in Nagano and sufficient 3.5hours for hiking and exploration in the area.

    -Kamikochi is well-known for its great nature scenery of mountain, green forest, blue sky, and most of all the lucid waters of the spectacular Taisho Pond and Myojin Pond! Kappa Bridge built over the Azusa River allows visitors to enjoy the panoramic view while standing on it.

    -As part of Chubu-Sangaku National Park. Kamikochi is regarded as “God’s landing spot” in Japanese folk legend. It has been a popular mountain climbing and hiking spot since it was discovered over 100 years ago.

    -This tour lasts from early spring to autumn. While seasonal landscape changes, Kamikochi offers its different natural beauty for visitors from home and abroad. There will be a shopping stop in Hida and you can choose to buy local souvenirs there.
