Day 1: Luxor – Aswan Sightseeing Tours

A representative from Ancient Egypt Tours will collect you from your hotel in Luxor and take you on a day tour to Aswan. During the tour, you will visit the High Dam, which was constructed between 1960 – 1970 for flood protection and power generation. You will then stop to view the Unfinished Obelisk, the largest of its kind in Egypt. The journey continues with a visit to Philae Temple which is renowned for its story of love between Isis and Isories. Lunch will be served during your trip in Aswan before transferring back to your hotel.

Day 2: Abu Simbel Tour – Luxor

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred by an air-conditioned vehicle to enjoy a day excursion to Abu Simbel Temple - one of the most extraordinary rock temples located approximately 3 ½ hours away from Aswan. Upon arrival, explore Ramses II's temple as well as Queen Nefertari's (Hathor Temple). At completion of this tour from Luxor to Aswan and Abu Simbel, travel back to your accommodation in Luxor.
