Experience two of Jordan’s treasures: The stunning World Wonder, Petra, and the scenic desert landscapes of Wadi Rum.
Head towards Petra; a UNESCO World Heritage site filled with beautiful, carved vibrant red, white, and pink sandstone ruins. Petra was first established around the 6th century B.C. by the Nabateans, a nomadic tribe who settled in the Area and laid foundations there. Explore Al-Siq, the Treasury, the Street of Facades, the Royal Tombs, and the Pharaoh’s Castle.
Later in the day, head towards Wadi Rum; also known as the Valley of the Moon. Wadi Rum is a protected area of dramatic desert wilderness. Huge mountains of sandstone and granite emerge and collide.
Head back to Amman and gaze at the starry night sky along Jordan’s desert landscapes.
