At the "Caupona" you will taste the typical dishes of ancient Rome inspired by the recipe book of the famous gastronomy of the Imperial age, revisited in a modern way.
The menu includes 4 courses that you can choose from the chef's proposals: appetizer, first , second course, dessert and water.
The menu is accompanied by one glass of matching wine, kept by the Romans of the time.
