Did you know that the PORT WINE triggered one of the oldest appellations in the world in 1756- Throughout this experience ALL THE WINES ARE PAIRED with a bite that will enhance its taste.
We will begin our experience with some quick remarks on how to taste Port wine and better know each other while exploring the XXI century ROSE PORT WINE, perfect to drink as a cocktail.
We will then dive into the WHITE PORT WINE with a dry one. We will continue to explore this category and try a sweeter one, which tends to be fruitier and more complex.
We will continue our experience with the RED PORT WINE category in which we will try a TAWNY, which is obtained from grapes that are aged in oak casks or barrels and is fresh, complex and woody yet extremely well balanced;a RUBY which is a full-bodied and fruity, obtained from the blend of wines from various harvests; and a rare CRUSTED which ages for two years in wooden barrels and is bottled without filtration.
