Overview

    In this class, expecting moms will be guided on how to connect with their bodies and babies. Our class will include Asanas (poses) and guided meditation, preparing the body, mind, and emotions for birth. This practice will help moms enjoy a healthy and comfortable pregnancy. No experience with Yoga is required, and all stages of pregnancy are welcome.

    The instructor, Paola Villegas, has over 12 years of experience as a Certified Yoga Instructor. Paola specializes in Vinyasa, Restorative, Gentle, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga. She is also a certified Doula, HypnoBirthing Educator and Vedic Thai Massage Therapist.
