10.00 am the driver will get you to our Cooking Class Traditional Fassi Home. You will have a couple of dish options to choose one to make. After that, comes the time to buy the necessary spices, oils, and ingredients from the local Sook. Get acknowledged by the different colored spices out there.
When arriving back to our cooking class spot; the chef will tell you about the delicious taste secrets and tips of the Moroccan cuisine. This is an opportunity to witness the usual lifestyle of a Moroccan family.
Start following the chef while he guides you to successfully prepare your meal. You can also try to bake the Moroccan bread & prepare Moroccan Salad.
When you finish join the house family and your chef in a lunch gathering to taste your own handmade dish.
Enjoy Moroccan cup of mint tea before the class ends.
