    Our mission is to teach how to make fresh pasta and gluten-free bread or

    It will be surprising to prepare the Italian culinary orgy, gluten-free, but so tasty that you will think of eating traditional pasta.

    The specialized chef with authorization of the Italian Health Authority, in the gluten free productions, will follow you step by step in the preparation of your ravioli, tagliatelle, lasagne, bread for your bruschetta and wonderful tiramisu to finish.

    All the ingredients selected organic and with gluten-free certifications.

    Of course you will also prepare sauces for your pasta or lasagna, with local and seasonal ingredients.

    The kitchens that will host you are beautiful fully equipped!

    Excellent wine and delicious apertivo will be served for the duration of the course and dinner.
