Overview

At approximately 1 o'clock in the morning, you will be collected from your hotel. The air-conditioned coach journey to Cairo should take around 6 hours and will follow the directions of the Gulf of Suez. Upon arriving in Cairo, your tour guide will be waiting for you to start your excursion. First up is a visit to the Egyptian Museum, home to more than 120,000 artifacts as well as Tutankhamun's golden coffin. Lunch follows this activity and then it's off to explore the famous pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. This experience is completed with a viewing of the Sphinx and its adjoining temple complex. If there is enough time left at the end of your day trip, you may have an opportunity to drive through Cairo's Bazar before heading back to Sharm el Sheikh. At close to 11 pm, you'll be dropped off at your hotel again.
