Overview

    This is a legendary tour, goes all year round and will take you through some of the most beautiful landscapes in Norway. The tour includes a private vehicle, a local English speaking guide, Premium Fjord Cruise and train journeys on Flåm Railway and Bergen Railway.

    After pick-up in Bergen we start the journey to Gudvangen and in the summer months we drive through Stalheimskleiva, the 1,5 km long road section that winds down Nærøydalen valley from Stalheim. Well ahead in Gudvangen we board the electric ship "Future of the fjords" to Flåm. The Nærøyfjord is surrounded by high mountains and is a beautiful sight both in summer and winter. From Flåm, the tour continues with the dramatic and world famous Flåm Railway. The train ride gives you a panoramic view of some of the wildest and most magnificent of Norwegian mountain nature.. At Myrdal station, a train changes to the Bergen Railway which takes you to Voss where you are picked up and the car will take you back to Bergen.

What to Expect

    After pick-up in Bergen, we start the journey to the village of Gudvangen, and on the way we make a stop at Tvinde Waterfall where you can walk right up to the foot of the large waterfall. In the summer months we also stop at Stalheim where there is a breathtaking view down to the Naeröydal valley with steep mountains on all sides. Well ahead in Gudvangen we board the electric ship "Future of the Fjords" to Flåm. The Unesco World Heritage site Nærøyfjord is surrounded by high mountains and is a beautiful sight both in summer and winter. From Flåm, the trip continues with the dramatic and world-famous Flåm Railway which is one of the world's steepest railways. The 20-km train journey gives you a panoramic view of some of the wildest and most magnificent of Norwegian mountain nature, including the famous Kjosfossen waterfall. At Myrdal station, a train changes to the Bergen Railway which takes you to Voss where you are picked up and the car will take you back to Bergen.
