Next is Pieterma’s food truck and taste Dutch locals' most popular appetizer, bitterballen. Learn about the history of the Dutch colony of Suriname and it's influence on Dutch cuisine as you try a vegan finger food called Barra . Next is Albert Cuyp market where she will introduce you to stroopwafels, freshly baked by a septuagenarian father and son team and fresh herring with pickles and onions (Dutch sashimi). At the organic market, Fusina will show you typical Dutch products and you will also get to try several Dutch cheeses. Discover Dutch favorite dishes in this unique 2-hour experience!
