Pass By: Luxor, Luxor, Nile River Valley

Take in the sights of one of the most important temples in the world -- Osiris Temple -- and learn how religion impacted Pharaohs' civilization. Our Egyptologist tour guide will pick you up on schedule and drive north of Luxor, affording views of everyday life along the way. Upon reaching Abydos Temple, listen to your Egyptologist tour guide as they provide details about its remarkable history. Notable for housing an inscription from the 19th dynasty known as The Abydos King List -- a chronological list featuring cartouches of Egyptian dynastic pharaohs from Menes until Ramesses, Seti I's father -- it promises to be an informative visit.

Drive over to Dendara Temple next; this Greco-Roman complex is renowned throughout ancient Egypt.

Afterwards, head back to Luxor at day's end.
