    Overview

    A representative from Ancient Egypt Tours will collect you from your Luxor hotel for your Luxor Day Tour. Begin with a private excursion to the West Bank, including entrance to three royal tombs at Valley of the Kings (except Tutankhamun's tomb). You will also visit Valley of the Queens and its three tombs, followed by Hatshepsut Temple (El-Deir El-Bahary) and Colossi of Memnon statues. After this tour of the West Bank, go across to the East Bank for a visit to Karnak Temple before being transferred back to your hotel in Luxor.

    Stop At: Valley of the Kings, Luxor City, Luxor 85511 Egypt

    Ancient Egypt Tours representative will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor to discover the West bank of Luxor. You will visit 3 tombs at the Valley of the Kings, which was created and used from approximately 1539 BC to 1075 BC. It has been officially named The Great and Majestic Necropolis of the Millions of Years of the Pharaoh, Life, Strength, Health in The West of Thebes. Its most famous tomb is KV62 -the Tomb of King Tutankhamun- which was discovered by Howard Carter in 1922.

    Stop At: Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, Kings Valley Rd Deir el-Bahari, Luxor 23512 Egypt

    You will then transfer to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahary. Queen Hatshepsut was an important female pharoah whose temple consists primarily devoted to worshiping god Amun and performing funeral rites for her. It takes form as three balconies and is located on the west bank across from city Luxor.
