Visit Sweden and see Malmö on this day tour to the capital of Southern Sweden. Your local guide takes you around and tells you all about Copenhagen’s sister across the water.
Your guide meets you at Copenhagen Central and takes you on the fast train across the Öresund Bridge to Malmö, telling you about its importance to the sibling rivalry to Denmark and Sweden. You arrive in downtown Malmö, and immediately head out into on the streets on town.
Your guide will take you on a walking tour of this ever changing town and its unsentimental ways. You see both medieval and modern areas of town, as you learn how you can get rich by bad book-keeping, what the Koreans mean by “The tears of Malmö” and see the landmark Turning Torso. In total, the walking tour is ~3 km including a small break to rest your feet.
After the tour you have the option to return to Copenhagen directly or to stay in Malmö and explore it further in your own pace, with hints on pubs, meatballs or saunas from the guide.
