The tour starts with a transfer from Verona city center to the countryside (Torbe, Negrar), where you will take part in a very Italian cooking class inside a typical trattoria. You'll learn the technique to make the authentic homemade pasta (pasta fresca) and discover the secrets of the italian cuisine from chef Davide. You'll have the chance to taste what you've prepared, together with some products from trattoria Caprini.
As a little gift for you to remember this very unique experience, you'll also receive an apron from the trattoria! At the end of the activity, your driver will take you back to Verona.
