The "Stretti di Giaredo" (Straits of Giaredo), located in Lunigiana, are spectacular canyons excavated in the rock by the swirling waters of the Gordana torrent. This is a river ravine about 500 meters long, bordered by vertical rock walls about thirty meters high. A place still far from mass tourism and uncontaminated, where stone, water, light and nature create a truly unique and suggestive whole. It is a small adventure of exploration of this protected natural area of rare beauty, walking among the high walls of this wonderful canyon, swimming in its crystal clear waters and admiring millenary rocks of countless colors.
