Overview

    If you are looking for a holistic experience in beautiful surroundings; sup and mindfulness might be it. By combining standup paddling and mindfulness, you might not only discover the pleasure of exploring the nature, but perhaps something about your self as well. Inspired by the buddhists, their way of thinking, so-called mindfulness; you will be invited to a couple of mindfulness experiences, which will be instructed by me as a guide. The goal is to give you occasion to experience mindfulness, with its focusing on being aware, being present, to discover.

    During our paddling, we will have to act secure, behave as a group, as we travel in wilderness, pass bird-/animallife a.s.o.
