This Itinerary is a typical one for this product. Our Egyptology Tour Guide will pick you up from your Hotel in Cairo or Giza on time to kick off your unforgettable day. You will explore the secrets of ancient Egypt and admire its UNESCO-listed marvels throughout the course of the tour. When you reach Giza, marvel at the majestic Pyramids of Cheops,Chephren and Mykerinus. Gain insights into the grandeur of ancient Egypt from your guide before stopping at a plateau to capture panoramic pics with all three Pyramids as backdrop – an optional Pyramid entry ticket further adds to the excitement. Afterwards, visit Great Sphinx and its Valley Temple followed by The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities where you can view more than 250,000 artifacts going back over 3500 years; King Tutankhamen's collection including his jewelry, coffin & mask are among them (a mummies room extra ticket available). Spend some free time shopping at Khan Al Khalili Bazaars filled with locals & souvenir shops loaded with traditional handicrafts and other items for purchase. Lunch will be served at a high quality local restaurant in Cairo before being transferred back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza.
