Traveling in my air-conditioned minivan, I will will reveal the mysteries of the terroir and introduce you to my friends who make wine. A private guided tour of the 15th century Hotel Dieu will set the scene for a day of exploration leading to understanding of what makes Burgundy wine so great. All my wine tastings are to independent wineries, by appointment only guaranteeing you access to the best of Bourgogne.
