In the morning you will savor the typical “formaggi di malga” (stravecchio, sottofieno, morlacco, smoked ricotta) that a knowledgeable staff create through generations. Then you will enjoy a world of passion visiting two wineries and tasting four different types of Prosecco (Brut, extra dry, millesimato, extra brut) in each winery including a light lunch made of tasty plates of typical local salami and traditional Italian focaccia.
