We will meet you in the hotel and proceed to the Red Square — one of the most iconic Russian sights, filled with history and magnificent beauty. We will see traditional Russian churches with their onion domes and walk inside some of them to see how unique is their architecture, how people pray (some of these churches are still in use!)
We will walk through a great glass gallery of a ~130 years old shopping mall GUM and see the famous tomb of the first Russian communist leader — Lenin. And of course — the Saint Basil's cathedral. One of the strangest stories here is about Ivan the Terrible blinding the architects of the cathedral, so they can't repeat the stunning beauty of the masterpiece!
We'll walk through a modern wonder of Zaryadie park, see the walls of Kremlin and, optionally, stop for a traditional Russian lunch in one of our favourite Moscow places.
We'll have an opportunity to see the change of guards and the Eternal Flame — a memorial to the victims of WWII.
