    STEP 1: STEAM BATH (30')

    A 25-30 minute steam bath will remove toxins from your skin.

    STEP 2: SWEDISH MASSGAE (90')

    You will start by lying down with your face pressing on a round hole on a specified massage bed. That will keep your spine, especially the cervical area, being held in a straight state. The therapist will now perform different movements including massaging, squeezing, stroking, pressing, etc.

    During the Swedish massage, the therapist will lubricate your skin with massage oil and perform various massage strokes to warm up your body, release tension and break up tight knots over your muscles

    STEP 3: FACIAL REFRESH (30')

    A facial treatment with Korean cosmetics and mask will bring you deep relaxation
