Rota das Dunas, meaning "Dune Route", is a guided walking tour, of average 45 minutes, on Ilha Deserta. It is a particularly interesting way of getting to know the Ria Formosa Natural Park. Ilha Deserta, a true desert island, is the only uninhabited island, letting you explore a preserved ecosystem. Our professional guide will share the subtleties that plants, scents, dunes, shells, among many other elements have in the dynamics of the Natural Park. It is an experience to the senses, that allows you to truly be close to nature, in direction to Cape Saint Mary, the southernmost point of Portugal.
We advise to bring: comfortable shoes, sunscreen, hat and water.
