Discover Venice and its lagoon in a fun and unconventional way, connecting with the soul and the secular traditions of the city. On board of typical venetian boats, as the “Batea da Fresco” and the XVII century “Gondola” you will live the unique experience of learning the techniques of the venetian rowing and navigating through the canals of the city, as venetians used to do back in the centuries.
Gloria Rogliani, champion of the oar, will guide you in a tour through the canals in the heart of the Venice, distant from the usual touristic itineraries, until reaching the lagoon and Murano, the island known all over the world for the refined artistic glass production.
You will learn how to row standing according to the Venetian tradition,
The meeting point is in front of Grand Hotel dei Dogi, where Gloria Rogliani or one of her instructors will accompany you to the Cavana Tintoretto,
At the end of the tour, you will receive a certificate of attendance to the Venetian rowing class.
