Overview

    Follow UNESCO Pearling Trail, which is stretched along 3.5 km. And consist of 15 building distributed amonge 11 complex, Each building will add some information to the oldest craft in the gulf region : the Pearl diving.
    Pearl diving was a sesonal important job where during the old history people will come from many neabouring countries to Bahrain to work in the capital of Pearl industry ( MUHARRAQ ).

    The tour is a walking tour in the old allyes of Muharraq.
    Some houses still under refurbishment and not accessible.

    Pearling Path Visitor center is closed on Sundays.

What to Expect

    This tour starts from Bahrain to saudi arabia and back to Bahrain 1- Pick up from hotel in Manama. 2- Drive through King Fahad Causeway. 2- Drive in Khobar city. Khobar Corniche. 4-Drive to Dammam Corniche. 5- Visit Dammam souk. Or other shopping mall. 6- Visit Heritage Village in Dammam City ( open noon time ). Entrance Fees not included 7- Drive throght MURJAN Island. 8- Lunch is optional at Dammam . 9- Stop for coffee ( Optional ). 10- Visit King Abdulaziz World Cultural Centre ITHRA ( Closed on Sundays). 11- Drive back to Bahrain.
