During this full day tour you will experience life in the Lithuanian countryside. The place where it will all take place is almost a hundred years old ethnographic farmstead in the North East Lithuania. The place is called SHIROLAND after the name of the family - Shironai. The farmstead has been passed on from generation to generation.
We shall have a bath the traditional Lithuanian way - in a sauna. We shall bake rye bread in a traditional Lithuanian oven. You will also have a unique opportunity to take a walk in the hemp fields...smell the hemp, touch it, taste it, and buy some natural locally produced hemp products, if you wish.
Once we arrive to Shiroland we will have some snacks, and start baking bread. After we shoot the bread in the oven, we will go for a walk in the hemp fields. We will tell you the story behind the hemp business, how hemp is grown in Lithuania, current legislation. Afterwards we will go enjoy the sauna for approx. 2h hours. with short tea/water breaks.
