Our tour shares with you some of Scotland's finest gins and gin cocktails. Many of the gins you'll sample are created here in Edinburgh. We'll show you how one simple recipe can vary significantly from distillery to distillery. You'll be taken to some of our favorite places for craft gins and gin cocktails in Old Town, Southside, and Kirk o' Field.
