Mount Titlis Glacier Excursion Small Group Tour from Zürich

Overview

Experience the unique day tour within a small group to the glacier world and all-year-place of snow in the Alps. You meet your tour guide in Zurich at the train station. Together you travel typically Swiss-style by train Luzern (1 hour) and from there by the Engelberg-Express to Engelberg. After a 5 mins. walk, you will board the gondola to Mount Titlis. The first section takes you to the middle station « Stand », from where you board the revolving cable car. At the peak, you enjoy a guided tour to the terrace and through the ice cave, where you arrive to the cliff walk, the highest suspension bridge in Europe. After crossing this on 11000ft altitude, you will take a seat on the « Ice flyer », the seating chair lift which hovers over the glacier. The tour takes approx. 1 hour, before you have some free time at your disposal. You will travel back together with the tour guide to Lucerne. Your tourguide will lead you to your train back to Zurich.
