Semenggoh Wildlife & Sarawak Cultural Village & Jong's Crocodile Farm

Duration

clock9 hours

Overview

Semenggoh Rehabilitation Center. A temporary home for displaced Orang Utans that have been rescued from captivity and young orphaned primates. These animals are re-trained to survive in their natural habitat. They learn how to forage for natural food and build nests in the trees. Many have been returned into the surrounding area. Take a walk on the trails and try to spot semi-wild Orang Utans.

Sarawak Cultural village showcases the tribal lifestyles lived by the many ethnic groups that lace the beautiful Land of Hornbills, Sarawak. There are about 150 people living in the village.

A walk through the well laid-out trail will reveal you the various crocodile holding pond and other animal cages, bearded wild boar, the sun bear and also a number of birds species at Jong's Crocodile Farm.
