- Opening hours:
Lotte World: 10.00 am-10.00 pm daily
Folk Museum: 10:00am-6:30pm (Last admission: 5:30pm)
- Please bring the passport to the ticket gate, use the voucher code (We will send you a separate email with the voucher code) to exchange for a physical ticket.
- Redemption Information:
-Redemption hours: 9:30am-7:00pm
-Location: South Gate team ticket office.
-Show your passport at the ticket counter to redeem your ticket
