Overview

    Pick up from your hotel (time can be 10:00 am for the lunch or 16:00 for the dinner ) 

    firstly drive to the local vegetable market to buy vegetables ,meat and fruit . we will explain to you the varieties of the food on the market that Sichuan local people eat daily . 

    firstly you watch the chef cook , then you will cook yourself , chef will explain to  you beside.

    after the food , we will drop you back to hotel ( or somewhere in the city as you want )

What to Expect

    1.we will explain to you the history of Sichuan cuisine ,the varieties ， the distributions and the constitute of Sichuan cuisine 2. We will introduce the condiments such as soil sauce( 2 kinds, one for color and one for flavor) , cooking wine, Doubanjiang ( fermented bean paste ) 3. we will show you how to chop food, how to use knife properly you will understand why Chinese treat food so seriously ? what do Chinese people usually eat, and why it's not so easy for Chinese to get fat? why Chinese always look younger than they actually are .
