How to redeem your tickets

The following is the only valid procedure to get them:

1. Purchase your tickets on Viator.com;

2. After the booking, check the inbox for a PDF voucher. Tickets booked after the office’s closure will be delivered within 8:30 am of the next day – no need to print it;

3. Go to the ticket office Online Tickets Window;

4. Show the PDF on the screen of your phone and redeem your paper tickets;

5. Go to the turnstiles and access the site.

Herculaneum Opening Time: 9am - 3pm (Nov 1st - Mar 31st); 9am- 5:30pm (Apr 1st - Oct 31st).
