General admission to the National Dinosaur Museum includes admission to the museum exhibitions, interactive areas, newly renovated dinosaur garden and to browse through Canberra’s largest display of fossils, minerals and natural crystals in the extensive gift shop.
The museum's exhibits include over 50 lifelike dinosaur models plus fully interactive animatronic dinosaurs which take you on a journey through time, from Earth's very beginnings to some of the most recent animals.
Children can participate in a free fossil hunt, then enjoy colouring-in, puzzles and other interactive activities
The dinosaur garden was completely renovated in 2020 and offers great photo opportunities to get up close and personal with some of your favourite dinosaurs including a 20 metre long T Rex!
There are free guided public tours (with admission) during ACT school holidays and on Saturdays and Sundays at 11 am, 12 pm, 2 pm and 3 pm
