This 2.5 hour guided experience includes all surfing equipment, access to changing rooms and showers. Just bring swimming gear and a towel. Seamus is an expert surfer, a level 1 + 2 Irish Surfing instructor and qualified beach lifeguard. He has been surfing in Strandhill his whole life and is also keen to share his knowledge of and passion for the ancient history of Sligo.
