    Get out of the city for a morning hike through Daan Viljoen Game Reserve with a 5-hour small-group trip. With your guide, enjoy an approximately 3-mile (5-6km) hike through the mountains of Daan Viljoen. Keep an eye out for local residents including zebras, wildebeests, hartebeests (or kongoni), elands, kudus, giraffes and more. Tour is limited to a maximum group size of 8. All entrance fees and hotel pickup and drop-off in Windhoek are included.

What to Expect

    Get out of town for a morning walk and join us as we hike through the Daan Viljoen Game Reserve, situated only 25km from Windhoek. Our specially designed 5-6km hiking trail traverses the beautiful Khomas Hochland mountains. In addition to the beautiful scenery, your guide will teach you about the local flora and fauna, including wildlife such as kudu, gemsbok, blue wildebeest, springbok and giraffe. .
