2022 Winter Ski Korea Festival - High 1 resort
For kids, its always a bit challege for them to try a ski or snow boarding. And for parents, they want to do something special during a winter break with kids.
So we are here for you guys can enjoy the snow as family.
High1 Resort opened in December 2006 and is a ski resort located between Gohan-eup and Sabuk-eup, Jeongseon-gun, Gangwon-do.
The owner of the resort is Gangwon Land, and it was developed for the purpose of revitalizing the Gohan and Sabuk areas, which are underdeveloped abandoned mine areas.
The summit is divided into three parts : the High1 Tower, the Valley Tower, and the Mountain Hub. Gondola runs on the High1 Top and Mountain Hub, and convenience facilities are located. The Valley Tower is 1,376 meters above sea level and is the highest point of the ski resort. The valley tower is located just below the northern part of Macheonbong Peak, 1,426 meters above sea level, the summit of Baegunsan Mountain.
