The Sorrento’s magical atmospheres of the 1950’s are back into Teatro Tasso thanks to Sorrento Amarcord, a theatrical piece that shows how, in the old
days, the inhabitants of Sorrento after the sunset, would disrobe of their work clothes and become singers, musicians, dancers!
In Sorrento Amarcord the viewer becomes a vital part of the show, for the public is carried away by Pazziariello’s irony, by Pulcinella’s euphoria, by
the courteous and inviting invitations of the graceful dancers with their beloved Scarrafone, by all the many characters that fill the scene giving emotions
that taste of something sweet and authentic, of a Sorrento that never chases to amaze.
Sorrento Amarcord is love, passion, irony, a sort of “joie de vivre” and an occasion to cheerfully and longingly look to the unforgettable memories of a
beautiful past.
