Overview

Our guide will pick up you from your hotel in Luxor on a day tour on the western side of the Nile first. My day starts off visiting the Valley of Queens, where the wives of Pharaohs were buried in ancient times, also known as Ta-Set-Nephro, meaning “the place of beauty”. Four of the tombs are open for viewing except Nefertari which requires a special ticket; you are allowed to visit two of the four tombs. We then move on to enjoy the Valley of Nobles; while many pharaohs were interred at The Valley of Kings, elites were laid to rest in nearby Valley Of Nobles - giving us great insight into life in Ancient Egypt. Again, you are allowed to visit two tombs before finally visiting Habu Temple - The Mortuary Temple Of Ramesses III. It is quite a large temple with traditional New Kingdom temple construction and is best known for its well-preserved wall carvings. In conclusion, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Luxor.
