Stop At: Valley of the Kings, Luxor City, Luxor 85511 Egypt

Our Egyptology tour guide will pick you up from your Luxor hotel, train station or airport and drive in nature for about 35 to 40 minutes to the West Bank. Here you will begin by visiting the Valley of the Kings where pharaohs from the New kingdom carved their tombs into mountains in order to protect their mummies and hide their treasure. Your tour guide will explain everything on an outside basis as no guiding inside the tombs is allowed. Afterwards, explore 3 open tombs that have been specifically chosen.

Stop At: Temple of Medinat Habu, Al Bairat, Luxor Egypt

Continue your journey to Medinat Habu located at Theban Necropolis' southern end where Ramesses III's memorial temple stands surrounded by a massive mud- brick enclosure wall which may have been fortified. Here workers initiated a labor strike against their king Ramesses III making it one of history's earliest accounts.
