    What To Expect

    Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product:

Stop At: Flavors of Bogota, Calle 70A and Carrera 11, Bogota 110141 Colombia

Our workshops will involve making three different stops at coffee shops in the Chapinero area of Bogota. The first spot we go to will have us doing a coffee tasting and discussing the history of Colombian coffee, why these tastings are significant, as well as how to taste it like an expert.

At the second cafe we'll also do another tasting so that we can identify the special flavors within it. During this stop we will also examine where coffee is grown in Colombia and its significance to millions of growers. Additionally, we'll discuss how roasting affects what's in your cup.

The third shop will be focused on talking about how beans are cultivated and processed - noting the ways this impacts flavor and other attributes.
